THINKING ABOUT INSTALLING A NEW LINER?

Replacing the vinyl liner in your swimming pool is essential for maintaining both its appearance and functionality. Over time, liners can fade, tear, or develop leaks due to sun exposure, chemical wear, and general use. A new liner not only prevents water loss and structural damage but also enhances the overall look of your pool, giving it a fresh and vibrant appearance. Additionally, modern liners come with improved durability and design options, making them more resistant to fading and wear. Regular replacement ensures a safe, smooth surface for swimmers while protecting your pool’s long-term integrity. If your liner is showing signs of aging, wrinkles, or leaks, it’s time for an upgrade!

HERE ARE SOME KEY INDICATORS THAT IT'S TIME FOR A REPLACEMENT

  • Fading & Discoloration – Over time, sun exposure and pool chemicals can cause the liner’s color to fade. A faded liner is more prone to becoming brittle and cracking.
  • Tears or holes – Small punctures can lead to water leaks, which may cause damage to the pool’s structure and increase water and chemical costs.
  • Wrinkles or Stretching – If the liner starts pulling away from the pool walls, forming wrinkles or sagging, it’s losing its elasticity and no longer fitting properly.
  • Water Loss – If you notice that you’re frequently adding water to your pool, there may be a hidden leak in the liner and or the underground plumbing. This can lead to higher water bills and potential damage.
  • Liner Age (Typically 7-10 Years) – Most vinyl liners last between 7-10 years, depending on maintenance and exposure to sunlight and chemicals. If your liner is approaching or exceeding this lifespan, it’s a good time to consider replacement.

If your liner shows any of these signs, replacing it sooner rather than later can prevent costly repairs and keep your pool in great condition!
